Eligible for the SME Package
The SME Packages programme is a State entrepreneurial performance programme funded by the Ministry of the Economy, covering up to 70 % of eligible costs, which must fall between €3,000 and €25,000 excluding VAT.

The Luxembourg Institute of Health, partnering with Decathlon, launched one of the largest studies ever run on shoe cushioning and injury risk. Why pay €4,999 for scoping instead of starting straight away?
Because it’s what prevents the project that lands late and over budget. In 30 days and 4 workshops you walk away with a complete specification and a firm price. The document is yours: you can put it out to tender, or not proceed at all.
Does the SME Package cover the scoping phase?
The programme covers up to 70 % of eligible costs, which must fall between €3,000 and €25,000 excluding VAT. At €4,999 the Vision Pack sits inside that range: if funding is granted at the full rate, your own share comes to around €1,500. We prepare the application with you.
And the build itself — what does it cost?
That’s exactly what the scoping phase establishes — a firm figure rather than a range that doubles along the way. For reference, our MVP Pack delivers a deployed product in 90 days for €29,999. Larger projects run long-term with a dedicated team.
What happens if we want to change supplier?
You leave with the source code, its documentation and the deployment credentials. It’s in the contract. We’d rather keep you because the work is good than because leaving would be too expensive.
Can our data stay in Luxembourg?
Yes. We deploy either in our cloud or directly on your servers — which is exactly what we did for the Luxembourg Institute of Health. The choice is yours, depending on how sensitive your data is.
We already have an app that was built in a hurry. Would you take it over?
Yes, that comes up often. We start with a code and security audit and tell you honestly what can be salvaged and what needs rewriting. Building on what exists is frequently cheaper than starting again.
