How we work
A fixed-price scoping phase, then the build.
The right scoping pack
Automation Pack (EUR 3,999) if the subject is a process to automate: three workshops, and a roadmap costed by ROI. Vision Pack (EUR 4,999) if the subject is software to build: four workshops, and a complete specification with a firm price. Both sit inside the SME Package ceiling.
The build, in increments
Development shipped in usable increments, a security audit and a full test campaign before go-live, in our cloud or on your own servers if your data must never leave your premises.
What you get
A firm price before you commit, and a deliverable that belongs to you
At the end of the scoping phase you know what will be built, how, and exactly what it will cost. You are free to hand us the build, or to walk away with the document: it is yours.
Eligible for the SME Package
The SME Packages programme is a State entrepreneurial performance programme funded by the Ministry of the Economy, covering up to 70 % of eligible costs, which must fall between €3,000 and €25,000 excluding VAT.

How is this different from a typical IT services company?
Most Luxembourg IT services firms sell staffing: they place a consultant with you and bill their days. We sell fixed-fee engagements: a perimeter, a deliverable, a price known up front. The overrun risk sits with us, not with you.
Which technologies do you work with?
Process automation with UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, n8n or Make, depending on what suits your environment. Custom web and mobile development, integrations between software and APIs, and AI components where they genuinely add something. We choose the tool after the scoping phase, not before.
What does an engagement cost?
Everything starts with a scoping phase at a published price: EUR 3,999 for the Automation Pack (30 days, 3 workshops, a roadmap costed by ROI) or EUR 4,999 for the Vision Pack (30 days, 4 workshops, a complete specification). The build is then priced firmly at the end of that phase. For reference, our MVP Pack delivers a deployed product in 90 days for EUR 29,999.
Can the SME Package fund this?
The programme covers up to 70 % of eligible costs, which must fall between EUR 3,000 and EUR 25,000 excluding VAT. Both scoping packs sit inside that range. Note that the MVP Pack at EUR 29,999 exceeds the ceiling and is therefore not eligible. We prepare the application with you.
We already have a supplier. Can you take over an ongoing project?
Yes, that comes up often. We start with a code and security audit and tell you honestly what can be salvaged and what needs rewriting. Building on what exists is frequently cheaper than starting again.
Where are your teams, and where is our data?
The team is in Luxembourg, in Pontpierre, fifteen people. We do not subcontract development abroad. As for data, we deploy in our cloud or directly on your servers: the choice is yours, depending on how sensitive it is.
