Eligible for the SME Package
The SME Packages programme is a State entrepreneurial performance programme funded by the Ministry of the Economy, covering up to 70 % of eligible costs, which must fall between €3,000 and €25,000 excluding VAT.

Which projects qualify?
Entrepreneurial performance projects: digitalisation, process automation, building business tools. The best route is a 45-minute conversation — eligibility is judged on the actual project, not on a category.
What share do we pay ourselves?
The programme covers up to 70 % of eligible costs, which must fall between €3,000 and €25,000 excluding VAT. A concrete example on our Automation Pack, listed at €3,999: if funding is granted at the full rate, your own share comes to around €1,200.
Who submits the application?
You do — your company is the beneficiary. We supply all the technical substance: project description, perimeter, costing. You don’t have to translate technical work into administrative language.
What if the funding is refused?
You keep a scoped, costed project and can decide with full information whether it’s worth doing unaided. We flag a weak case at the first conversation rather than letting you hope.
How long does it take?
Scoping and costing take a few weeks. The assessment time then depends on the administration, not on us — we make no commitment on that.
Do we have to wait for approval before starting?
That has to be confirmed case by case in your file, and we cover it during scoping. Never start a funded project without checking that timeline: it’s the single most common reason for refusal.
